Charlotte & Hannah Pask
We both trained as a professional dancers and between us have worked in the industry for a number of years, Hannah is still a working performer and coaches alongside this, Charlotte is a Soft Tissue Therapist and treats people for a variety of issues such as, postural problems, post-surgery rehab, acute and chronic injuries or just your everyday aches and pains.
We were both drawn to world of fitness through our dance training and a passion for helping others; we enjoy coaching a range of sessions from dance, mobility/flexibility, S&C, as well as high intensity training.
We are both very excited to embark on this fitness journey with you, and the main thing we want to say is DO NOT BE AFRAID! (Maybe the capital letters don’t help achieve this!). Whether you are someone that exercises regularly, someone that hasn’t exercised for a while or perhaps exercise – outside of horse riding - has never been part of your lifestyle, this class will be suitable for you all.
Over our first four weeks together we will teach you a variety of movements and exercises that over time we can progress when each of you feel ready, these movements will focus on posture, balance, trunk stability, strength and cardiovascular fitness. We believe that an improvement and understanding of these elements will compliment your riding and your general day-to-day life.

We are really looking forward to getting started!
